 WALT -  build vocabulary knowledge by reading a range of poems

REFLECTION  - By doing this mahi I learnt that verbs are doing words and a noun is names of a person place and thing. I think it is interesting that verbs are doing words.

My Kotuku Poem

WALT: Read to gather information and write to share key facts.

Reflation: I think it was interesting how I made a reflection on my Kotuku. I have learn`t that the Kotuku bird breeds in trees.

My whakapapa

WALT - ask our whanau all about my whakapapa, use the information to complete them template.

Reflection: I enjoyed getting the info. I learnt that my granddad on my dads side is called Ronald.

The Treaty of Waitangi

 WALT - Read to find information and locate significant towns and cities within New Zealand on a map.

Reflection: I learnt that tribunal means A court of justice. It was hard to put the places in the right place.

Class Treaty

WALT - Brainstorm what makes a good class member and design our class treaty.  

Birthday avatar

 WALT - Create ourselves as avatars to show our names and birthday.

Reflection - I loved making avatar from the start. We used remove.bg to add the background.

Reflection - I liked making the bed even though it was very hard to make the bed.Jordan is the fastest typer in our class maybe because he loves going on his PC.
